Meet Khikmatilla
My name is Khikmatilla, and I am an independent inbound tour manager and licensed guide based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
I hold a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Bangor University, completed at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) in Tashkent. During my studies I also completed the one-year professional Tour Operator & Tour Guide program at the Uzbekistan Tourism Consulting Centre (2019), completed an internship and went on to work with local destination management companies (DMCs) in Uzbekistan.
My greatest strength is that I came to management through guiding. Years of leading travelers through Uzbekistan taught me exactly what guests expect, what delights them, and how to resolve any issue on the spot — before it ever touches your holiday.
